CEO & Co-Founder

Jennifer brings a cross-industry leadership background spanning telecommunications, operations, client services, media production, marketing, and business development. As CEO, she leads DigiUB’s business strategy, client relationships, proposal development, and delivery coordination, with a particular strength for understanding complex operational environments and translating them into clear priorities.

She works at the intersection of client need and technical execution, helping shape engagements around how organizations actually operate, where friction exists, and what a successful outcome must accomplish. Her approach combines strategic thinking, relationship-building, and practical execution.

Jason

CTO & Co-Founder

Jason is an enterprise technology leader with extensive industry experience architecting, modernizing, and scaling complex systems. He holds bachelor’s and associate degrees in computer science and engineering disciplines, along with multiple technical certifications, and has served in senior leadership roles across enterprise technology environments.

At DigiUB, Jason leads technical architecture, engineering, systems integration, secure-systems design, and technical delivery. His strength is where software, infrastructure, data, security, and legacy environments intersect, translating difficult operational requirements into reliable, scalable architectures built to perform in the real world.
